How can we help?

In the app, go to Me → Your account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. This permanently deletes your sign-in account, profile, wishlists, gifts, photos, comments, follows, requests and invites. It can’t be undone.

Can’t get into the app? Email support@meantvo.app from your account’s email address and we’ll delete it for you.

Press and hold (or tap the ••• on) the comment and choose Report. Pick a reason and send. Our team reviews every report and acts on it within 24 hours — removing content and, where needed, removing the person who posted it. You can also email us with a screenshot.

Open their name from a comment or your givers list and choose Block. They’ll no longer be able to see your lists or interact with you, and you won’t see their comments. Pending giver requests can also be declined or blocked.

That shouldn’t happen. Please email us straight away with what you saw (no need to tell us what the gift was!) and we’ll fix it.

Make sure they have the full link, and try opening it in Safari or Chrome rather than inside another app’s browser. Still stuck? Email us the link and we’ll take a look.

Meantvo signs you in with a one-time “magic link”. Check your spam or promotions folder, wait a minute, then request a new one. Links expire, so use the newest one.

No. Group gifts work on the honour system — givers pledge an amount in the app and pay the organiser directly. Please don’t post full bank or card details in comments.
